Our process:

Each interview is preceded by a chat over the phone, during which we will work out together whether we are the right company for you. If you agree, we’ll ask you to come to a meeting at a specific time.

We’ll spend anything up to an hour and a half talking to you, confidentially and in private about the jobs you’ve done, your aptitudes, skills, things you like doing, things you don’t like doing, your ambitions and wider aspirations. We want to get to know you so we can find you a position where your unique strengths can be fully appreciated.
